Technology is a great tool to support our students when things are working properly, but we all know that things can and will fail from time to time. When that happens it's imperative that your needs are met in a prompt and efficient manner. In an effort to expedite a resolution we have created a help desk portal.

You can submit a help desk ticket by clicking the button below. This will take you to the Help Desk Portal. If this is your first time using this portal you will need to login. You can do this by entering your email in the box that says “work email” and clicking the “login” button. This will send a link to the email address you entered. You will then need to click on the link to access the portal.

Trouble tickets may also be submitted directly via email by sending an email to help@laurel.k12.pa.us - Please be as detailed as possible to assist us in resolving your issue.
